Hardwater events are built on respect. Everyone, guests, staff, performers, and venue teams, deserves to feel safe and welcome, and we expect every attendee to help keep it that way.
What we expect

- Unwanted physical contact, intimidation, or threats.
- Violence, fighting, or destruction of property.

If something isn't right
If you feel unsafe or witness behavior that crosses the line, find the nearest staff member or venue security right away. You can also submit a request to reach our team.
Entry to a Hardwater event is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behavior puts others at risk.
